The Calgary (Alberta) Neuropathy Association. The Association became incorporated as a non-profit organization under the Alberta Societies Act on January 13, 2005 and obtained charitable registration status with the Government of Canada on April 19, 2005. The Association is staffed entirely by volunteers and is dedicated to serving the interests of those who suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy and neuropathic pain.
The Calgary (Alberta) Neuropathy Association has the support of the Neuromuscular Clinic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and The Neuropathy Association in New York.
